CARE & MAINTENANCE
For maintenance and cleaning of Vectis products, it is recommended to use a clean, soft cloth along with a neutral cleaning agent. Avoid using organic solvents, acids, alkaline cleaners, or brushes, as these may damage the surface or cause discoloration. The magnetic frames can be easily removed for separate cleaning. Regularly inspect the sockets and switches, and do not use them if damaged. Any maintenance or repairs should be carried out by a qualified professional. Always turn off the power supply before working on the installations.

In accordance with current Romanian legislation, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@arcswitch.ro. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
